Niko is the Broker/Owner of TRG - The Residential Group Realty co-founded in 2006. He was born in Montreal, but has called Vancouver home most of his life. He has over 15 years in the Residential Real Estate industry with a vast knowledge of the ever changing market. Working with both buyers and sellers , pre-sales and re-sales, he can help his clients with every aspect of any real estate transaction.
Niko , born from Greek decent can speak it fluently as well as some Russian and he even tries his hand with a few words of Mandarin and Punjabi. He is always keen to learn more as he works with a diverse group of clients!
He realizes the trust put in him by his clients and gives them the respect, knowledge and service that is second to none. He consistently develops long term friendships with many of his clients, something that he has continued to build over the years, going from clients to family.
Niko also credits a lot of his success to his business partner Julie of many years. Niko and Julie both have the same approach to business and how they view their clients. This is very important to them and their success, as most of their business ss referral based. They are both Medallion Club Team Members 2008/2009 which is top 10% of all Greater Vancouver Realtors.
Their biggest compliments have been clients inviting them into their lives and including them at weddings, baby showers, house warmings and even as far as Niko walking a client down the aisle. There is no better honour or award to Niko and Julie then this, as it is truly such an honour.
